The Steering Group has chosen its Preferred Site Allocations to meet the number of homes that are required to be delivered and that best fits with the Vision, Objectives and policies of the emerging Neighbourhood Plan. We are intending to hold a public consultation event in late January/early February 2019 to show the option and information about how we reached this selection.
All residents, community groups, stakeholders, site promoters will be invited to attend this event and further information will be sent out in the New Year.
Once we have looked at feedback from the event we will complete our draft Neighbourhood Plan and send it off to HDC for a 'Health Check' before entering the formal consultation phases of the project.
