All Council meetings are open to the public and time is allocated for public comment. If you have any points to raise you can either attend one of the Council meetings or contact the Clerk or individual Councillors.
Newsletter - to view online visit the Important News page. Deadlines for 2008 articles are: 25th February, 28th April, 1st August, 1st November. Apologies for late delivery of Newsletters - this is beyond our control but we are trying to address the issue.
Annual Report 2007/08 - a copy has been delivered to all households in the village. If you have not received your copy please contact the Parish Clerk. For those keen-eyed amongst you there were two calculation errors on the Annual Accounts page of the printed version - I have corrected them and put the correct version on our website. Freedom of Information - Ashington Parish Council adopted a new Model Publication Scheme on 9th October 2008. The Council will endeavour to publish all information on this website and make hard copies available (for a small photocopying charge). If you cannot find information that you are looking for then please contact the Clerk. A copy of the Model Scheme and list of Publications is available on the 'Structure' page of the website.
